The Experiential Graphic Design (EGD) strategy seamlessly blended HED’s branding elements with the office to encourage brainstorming, collaboration, and wellbeing in the workplace. The thoughtful EGD approach elevates the experience with intelligent, subtle graphics throughout the office.
The relocation of HED’s San Diego office provides the firm with a workspace that fosters collaboration. Being a small and more intimate office space, balancing the graphics with the architectural space was a challenge. The main focus of the graphics was to highlight staff by a large custom wall consisting of digitally printed photos on removeable plywood squares applied to a wall cover grid. Printed graphics were added on glass to incorporate color and texture in the space, as well as custom room identifications.
